Tom Yum Goong (Thailand)

Ingredients: 500 grams of shrimp 2 stalks lemongrass, sliced 3 pieces of lime leaves 2 stalks coriander leaves, finely shredded 2 cm galangal, sliced 4 pieces of red chilli, finely sliced 1 red tomato, sliced 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons lime juice 2 cups of boiled water How to make: - Peel the shrimp, leaving tails - Boil the shrimp for about 10 minutes to make broth - Strain the broth and cook with lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves and chili - After boiling put the shrimp, cook until the shrimp cooked - Shortly before the appointed add salt, fish sauce, cilantro and tomatoes - Serve while still hot Long preparation: 20 minutes Long cooking: 10 minutes For two servings
