Making Pancake




Basic Pancake ingredients: 2 cup milk 1 ½ cup flour triangle ½ tsp salt 2 eggs ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp melted butter How to Make: 1. Combine milk, flour, salt, baking powder, and eggs, use a high speed mixer until mixture is well blended and smooth. 2. Put melted butter and stir well. Let stand for ½ hour. 3. Heat the butter in a nonstick skillet, pour the batter and cook for 1 minute, turn the pancake. Cook until golden browned on both sides. 4. Remove, and then inlaid with various toppings. To one portion Tips: • Before the first pan heat the batter is poured, but not to smoke because it will make the pancakes burn. • Make sure the cooked pancake is cooked before it is reversed, so that the results are neat and beautiful. • Dough can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container. Can last up to 2 to 3 days. • When you use low heat melt the butter, but try not to boil the butter. • 1 cup flour with 125 grams, and 2 cups of milk with 500 ml of water.
