How to make: 1. Soak cucumbers in water mixed with vinegar and salt to taste about 15 minutes, drain. 2. Soak apples in water mixed with a little salt for about 15 minutes, drain. Sauce: 1. Mix the egg yolks, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth, then put 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, beat until fused. 2. Add another 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, and blend again until he nyatu, then add back one teaspoon of vegetable oil, shake again, repeat and hold until the vegetable oil runs out. 3.
