Homemade Pizza - Pizza Crust video
When we think of pizza, I think cheese and pepperoni most Americans. Of course they are the staple of many popular hedge branch, but in general, tend to not deviate very well artichoke hearts and sun dried tomatoes.
But I think ... it's just a simple flatbread pizza crust. Flatbreads all discontinuous and Indian curry and worldwide, spicy stew of Africa, harissas Morocco, South America and even a simple breakfast with traditional ethnic foods, eat all kinds. For these people, cakes are used in the same way Westerners use forks. So why not make a pizza with that?
Most positive relationships with western pizza, "make a pie out" because it is new and exotic flavors is a great way to introduce kids. Just note that the pizza bread can be a powerful alien in inexperienced palate, act to soften ethnic spices. Cheese, of course, can also help soften the blow.
Great pizza, however, this "real" is not required to make the cheese on the pizza. The pizza without cheese, not just for vegans and lactose intolerant. My personal favorite instead of pesto, onion and caramelized walnuts (you can see recipe below) loaded with a simple cheeseless pizza. This combination of explosion of flavors because the feta cheese topped with a single point, but almost all would be American-style cheese pizza, pizza can not be forced.
Here are healthy, ethnic or what can be done to pizza cheeseless just some creative examples:
Base: Thai peanut sauce
Ingredients: Cabbage Napa and carrots, marinated baked tofu, soy sauce and lemon juice, grated chopped peanuts splash
Herbs: chopped garlic and ginger, coriander and Thai basil
Base: refried beans, olive oil
Ingredients: vegetable or beef fajita style, quacamole, sour cream, lemon juice splash
Herbs: minced garlic, fresh coriander
Ingredients: Polish sausage (or vegetarian sausage), onions, peppers, olive oil
Herbs: chopped garlic, cumin
Base: saag paneer (cheese spinach puree)
Ingredients: chicken or vegetable curry, cashew nuts
Herbs: chopped garlic and ginger, fresh coriander

Pizza dough, although it is not difficult to do?
Not really; quite the contrary. As an art of making good bread is not as good crust. Many people in the ingredient list 'yeast' come and get scared. They "Uh oh! I loved and shape and they need to rise and bake." I think so, but it only takes a few minutes of kneading and riots spontaneously. Training takes a minute and more whole pizza just 12-15 minutes to the oven. There was only a long time to grow in mass of about an hour waiting.
At the same cost effective will make a homemade crust time; all the necessary base and water, yeast, salt, sugar, oil and a touch of a package.
